Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund, Expenses, Trs
To Disast/Emerg Fund account by $49,000 and increase the Mass Trnsit - Oce, Misc. Contact
Servides account by the same amount. The appropriation will be used for additional driver costs
for Hilo Airport bus services.
