Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease General Fund, Expenditures,
Contigency Relief by $ 420,898, increase the Mass Transit -S&W by $22,746, increase Mass
Transit -OCE by $390,000, increase Health Benefits by $3,000, increase Retirement Benefits by
$3,412, and increase Employer FICA by $1,740. The appropriation will provide for one (1) new
Automotive Mechanic I and provide for contract drivers and fuel for four additional bus routes.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the expenditure(s) are reflected below:
