Date: May 29, 2008 `Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This amendment will establish a Legislative Specialist position to provide
financial analysis and budgetary assistance in the Office of the County Clerk.
The following amendment adds a new position to Section 3, Position Changes, is reflected
below:
