Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund, Expenditures,
Trs To Disast/Emerg Fund by $51,382, increase the expenditures, Health Benefits by $54,000,
increase Retirements Benefits by $50,063, increase Employer FICA by $25,532 and decrease
Clerk-Council Sve OCE by $78,213. The appropriation will provide for benefits for the 9 new
positions for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney (5), Department of Parks and Recreation-
Aquatics Division (3) and Mass Transit Agency (1).
