RE: Contingency Fund Requests
As of March 19, 2008, we respectively must decline all requests for the processing of
contingency funds through June 30, 2008. We may make exception for emergency public safety
matters.
We currently are in the midst of servicing, monitoring, or closing over fifteen contracts
with various agencies. This has proved to be a very time consuming process. We are not able to
monitor and provide support for any further contingency fund initiatives at this time. Enclosed
you will find a chart indicating the status of current and recent contingency fund requests.
We will however take some time during this period, to reassess our role in this process.
We will return back to you in the near future to give you and all the members of the Council a
clearer idea of what types of contingency fund requests we believe to be congruent with our
efforts.
