energy.

From Planning Director Albert Lono Lyman dated May 19,
1986, transmitting for review, the preliminary draft of
the Revised County General Plan.
Informs the formal 90-day review program mandated for
the Comprehensive Review of the General Plan will begin
on July 1, 1986, during which time they will review the
draft with the Council and the public.
Res. 174: AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE COMPLEX
Supports Walter Miller's proposal to utilize the land
and facilities at General Lyman Field for an air
cargo/maintenance complex, as an alternative use, if
the County's feasibility study reveals that it would
not be economically feasible to establish an air cargo
distribution center.

Res. 175: REAUTHORIZATION OF THE EDUCATION FOR THE HANDICAPPED
ACT
