Keith, Director, Department of Planning and Economic Development, dated February 10, 1986, transmitting for information, a copy of the 1985 State Functional Plan Progress Report prepared, pursuant to the 1984 and 1985 concurrent resolutions of the Hawaii State Legislature adopting the State Functional Plans. Comm. 446: REPORT ON HSAC INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE MEETING From Takashi Domingo and Russell Kokubun, Members, HSAC Intergovernmental Relations Committee, dated February 19, 1986, transmitting a report of their meeting held on February 13, 1986, at City Hall. Res. 132: INTERNATIONAL SPACEPORT Urging the President of the United States to direct the Secretary of State and the Acting Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to initiate talks with the Japanese government to determine the nature and extent of Japan's commitment to an international space complex in Hawaii. Intr. by: Mr. Dahlberg Res. 143: AD VALOREM PORT USE TAX Commends Senator Spark M. Matsunaga on his vigorous endeavors to propose and promote equitable legislation beneficial to Hawaii and its residents by an amendment to exempt Hawaii from the Reagan Administration-sponsored Ad Valorem port use tax on all cargo either loaded or unloaded at any port within the United States.
