PROPOSED BILL NO. 187

Supply, dated July 28, 1986, recommending that proposed
Bill 187 to exempt subdivisions of land zoned
Agriculture with a minimum lot size requirement of five
acres or more from being provided with water in
accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the
Department of Water Supply be made specifically
applicable only in areas where water systems do not
exist.
