Comm. 1110: NOISE FROM FIGHTING COCKS IN RURAL RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS From Representative Andrew Levin dated May 7, 1987, transmitting a copy of a letter from Director of Health Dr. John C. Lewin dated April 23, 1987, regarding noise from fighting cocks in rural residential subdivisions. Informs the DOH is willing to assist in developing a noise ordinance but it will require enforcement by the county, and recommends Dr. Lewin be contacted directly if the County wishes to pursue this matter. Comm. 1112: AMENDMENTS TO GENERAL PLAN LAND USE PATTERN (Bill 371) ALLOCATION GUIDE (LUPAG) MAP AND GENERAL PLAN PETITIONER: KAHALA CAPITAL CORPORATION TAX MAP KEY 7-3-09:3 From Planning Commission Chairman Thomas A. Krieger dated May 15, 1987, submitting for adoption, a bill PC-52 Page 3 May 26, 1987 Comm. 1112: amending the General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation (Bill 371) Guide (LUPAG) Map and General Plan for Kahala Capital -cont'd- Corporation. Transmits, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 439 and as amended by Ordinance No. 761, requested amendments as outlined in the Analysis In Support Of The Petition, which was prepared by the Planning Department. Also transmits copies of the Final Environmental Impact Statement which includes maps that designates the subject property and a complete copy of the transcript. Comm. 1113: HSAC INTER-GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE MEETING REPORT From Russell S. Kokubun, Member, HSAC Inter-Governmental Relations Committee, dated May 18, 1987, submitting a report of the meeting of the Committee held on May 15, 1987, at City Hall. Approval is requested on: A.
