Comm. 1110: NOISE FROM FIGHTING COCKS IN RURAL RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISIONS
From Representative Andrew Levin dated May 7, 1987,
transmitting a copy of a letter from Director of Health
Dr. John C. Lewin dated April 23, 1987, regarding noise
from fighting cocks in rural residential subdivisions.
Informs the DOH is willing to assist in developing a
noise ordinance but it will require enforcement by the
county, and recommends Dr. Lewin be contacted directly
if the County wishes to pursue this matter.

Also transmits copies of the Final Environmental Impact
Statement which includes maps that designates the
subject property and a complete copy of the transcript.

REPORT
