informing he holds the mortgage to an undivided
25 percent interest on Lot #17 of TMK: 3-5-9-08:7 and
that no change in title can occur without his knowledge
and consent; further, he has not given, by any means,
implied or stated, any prior consent as the mortgage
holder (May 1986 to present).
States any and all information or proceedings in
regards to possible subdivision of Lot 17 need to be
sent to him and should he consent to possible
subdivision of the lot, each and every newly executed
title will need to carry his name as a 25 percent
mortgage holder until the full sum due on the mortgage
is paid in full to him.

Commission voted to recommend approval of amended

submits a bill to accomplish this purpose.
