of the bibliography which lists the working
documents used during the General Plan comprehensive
review. Also transmits copy of two studies done in
conjunction with the General Plan update: 1) Survey
of Big Island Residents on Planning and Housing
Concerns, by Hawaii Opinion, Inc., December, 1983;
2) Cumulative Impacts/West Hawaii Housing Study, by
Bruce Plasch, Decision Analysts Hawaii, December,
1986.
Also transmits copies of replacement pages for the
August 1987 Draft General Plan (annotated) which
reflect those changes to the General Plan document
which were adopted in 1980 as not new material.
