Herkes dated February 9, 1988, requesting support of his three bills, SB 2396, SB 2934, and SB 2343, which would aid in the effort of cleaning up our State. Comm. 1521: HSAC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING REPORT From Takashi Domingo, Vice-President, Hawaii State Association of Counties, dated March 7, 1988, transmitting a report of the HSAC Executive Committee meeting held on February 26, 1988, at City Hall. Informs action is needed on item (9), Election of Officers. Res. 414: S.B. 2955, S.D. 2 Supports the intent and purposes of S.B. 2955, S.D. 2, and urges its passage by the Legislature. The bill addresses concerns of residential care homes by appropriating funds to provide for level of care increases and appropriating funds to the State Legislative Auditor to conduct a study on the adequacy of the level of care payment schedules. Pet. 14.1: A petition listing businesses, organizations, and business persons supporting the retention of Makalawena in Conservation classification because of its value as a recreational and natural resource and because of the lack of adequate infrastructure.
