I am pleading with the Mayor to support Resolution No. 279-98 and negotiate with
Sobay Hawaii, Inc. for acquisition of the beachfront property at Wai'aha Bay Kona has
so few white sand beaches along with water perfect for surfing. Don't take this away.
You can be assured many organizations are ready to fight if the negotiations are not
made. There are two other Voting members in my household who want to see the
negotiation completed.
