Dear Council Members:
I urge you to pass Bill 276 which mandates redistricting for the county of Hawaii, based
on real and true census data.
If we are to be a democracy, our districts must be fairly represented by individuals
proportionately around the county -not one district favored over another through faulty
population manipulations as in the past.
Please pass Bill 276 for the benefit of ALL of Hawaii County.
