I also participated in many of the ocean trail hikes this summer, including one where you were our guide. My Gifted and Talented science and English classes have been working on a case-study of an environmental issue this quarter. They are researching the issue and will conduct a mock city council session next week on Monday. It happens that the issue they chose was the controversy over the fate of Hon) Bay. This morning after reading the news articles about the County council meeting tomorrow, we decided to put together a petition for students to sign. Accompanying this note are the petitions. Yours truly, Carol B.
