Subject: Bill 284, Draft 2, 2008 Salary Ordinance
Attached please find Bill 284, Draft 2, relating to the Salary Ordinance. This draft contains
amendments made to Section 3, Rate of Compensation (B), which was approved by the Council
on June 2, 2008. Section 3, Rate of Compensation (B) was amended to reflect an approximate
5% increase in steps for all pay grades, which have standardized all pay grades.
