Re: Resolution referring to the Derelict ehicle Amnesty Program.
Attached is a resolution extending the Derelict Vehicle Amnesty Program to 2010. The
resolution is the same as resolution 401-06 that was approved on July 19, 2006 except the date in
the "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED..." clause is changed to 2008-2010.
I have also decided to waive the LRB review process for this resolution.
