Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 293, relating to amending Ordinance No. 07 40 which
reclassified Lands from Limited Industrial - 20,000 Square feet (ML-20) to Industrial-
commercial mixed use - 20,000 square feet (MCX-20). This draft contains the amendment to
Bill 293 that was made by the Council, pursuant to communication no. 1192. 1, during its
meeting on June 3, 2008.
