Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
In accordance with requirements of Chapter 2, Article XIII,
Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, we request
Council's approval for acceptance of an automobile bicycle rack
from the Rotary Club of Kona.
The donation of the equipment, which is valued at approximately
$156.24, is being coordinated by Ms. Tina Clothier, President
of the Rotary Club of Kona.
The equipment will be used by our West Hawaii Community
Policing Program.
Your approval in this matter is appreciated.
