Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
In accordance with requirments of Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter,
we request Council's approval to receive:
a monetary contribution
to be donated by the Hawaii Police Athletic Federation. The amount of the monetary
contribution is one thousand dollars and no cents ($1,000.00).
The President of the Hawaii Police Athletic Association is Mr. Dennis Peterson. The
mailing address for the Association is Post Office Box 22623, Honolulu, Hawaii 96823.

Education (D.A.R.E.) program. D.A.R.E. is seeking to acquire a wireless, handsfree
microphone system to complement previously donated sound system, portable overhead
projector, and video camcorder tripod for use during parent seminars, youth conferences,
summer camps and other extra-curricuiar events.
