Re: Big Island Country Club Estates Limited Partnership
Tax Map Key (3)7-1-05: Paper Roads
We are transmitting for the Council's review and consideration a resolution authorizing
the abandonment and quitclaim of remnants at Puuanahulu Homesteads, North Kona, to Big
Island Country Club Estates Limited Partnership.
As can be seen by the resolution, a previous agreement had been reached with the State
that allowed the development of the golf course, but the State has since reconsidered its position
and now believes the County is the proper body to dispose of the property.
