Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawai'i County Council <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman <br /> Hawai'i County Housing Agency <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Coun Council <br /> Ainakea Elderly - Grazing Permit <br /> <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate and <br /> execute licenses or permits on an annual basis to allow the <br /> grazing of animals on the vacant portion of the Ainakea elderly <br /> housing site. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of June 16, 1998. Accordingly, I am requesting that the <br /> resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its <br /> July 1, 1998, meeting.
