SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIDEWALK USE PERMIT
Applicant: Colleen Mandala
TMK: 1-5-12:48, Lot 12
Since no preliminary detailed plan has been submitted, we are not able to
comment on the proposal. Please have the applicant submit a more detailed plan
indicating the sidewalk location and width, a plot plan showing relative location
of street and property lines, and location of service counter and window. Also,
please have applicant indicate what improvements are planned within the juice
bar area.
