The owners will sell juice bar products through an existing window 3' wide by 4' high <br /> located approximately 32" above the existing sidewalk. <br /> <br /> 2. No temporary, nor permanent objects will obstruct the sidewalk area. Patrons will stand <br /> at window to place their order. <br /> <br /> 3. The immediate area fronting the proposed take-out window is concrete of 80" width and <br /> considered accessible to persons with disabilities. <br /> <br /> 4.
