Pahoa Village, Puna, Hawaii
We have reviewed the subject application and have no objection to the take-out window
as proposed and its use in conjunction with the operation of a juice bar based on the
following.
1. The owners will sell juice bar products through an existing window 3' wide by 4' high
located approximately 32" above the existing sidewalk.
2. No temporary, nor permanent objects will obstruct the sidewalk area. Patrons will stand
at window to place their order.
3. The immediate area fronting the proposed take-out window is concrete of 80" width and
considered accessible to persons with disabilities.
4. It is highly unlikely the sidewalk area will be blocked by patrons of the juice bar.
