Subject: HSAC General Membership Meeting - June 9, 1998
The following highlights of the HSAC General Membership Meeting of June 9, 1998 are
herewith submitted:
• HSAC Officers elected for fiscal year 1998-1999 are:
President Rene Mansho, Honolulu Councilmember
Vice President Al Smith, Hawai'i Councilmember
Secretary Dennis Nakamura, Maui Councilmember
Treasurer Ronald Kouchi, Kauai Councilmember
• HSAC Budget for Fiscal Year 1998-1999 was adopted.
• Bylaws Amendment and Policy dividing the duties of the Secretary-Treasurer was
adopted.
The next meeting of the General Membership will be at the HSAC Mid-Year Conference
which will be hosted by Kauai County. The date and time will be announced at a later
date.
