A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATEll FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the existing cooling system in the Office of the County Clerk, at 333
Kilauea Avenue, Ben Franklin Building is inadequate; and
WHEREAS, the higher cubical partitions have blocked the air circulation to three areas
of the Office of the County Clerk and the vendor has recommended an additional air conditioner
unit; and
WHEREAS, the shortfall in the Clerk-Council Svc Equip account will be supported by
excess funds in the Clerk-Council Svc OCE account; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
