Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
Thank you for your dedicated service over a significant period of change in Hawaii County.
With the unprecedented growth in our County, we are faced with an even more pressing
demand for infrastructure improvements to insure a good quality of life for everyone on Hawaii
Island. Bill 285 carries the funding means to move critical projects forward to completion.
