Subject: Bill 285
I am strongly in support of Bill 285 and sincerely hope that we will finally see these funds released in support of
our long awaited Waimea Traits and Greenway as well as sidewalks throughout the island. With our traffic issue
as critical as it is today, all pedestrians (especially children and the elderly) and cyclists need a safe alternative.
Also, how can we encourage people to walk and ride bikes - instead of using their cars/energy - when it is
dangerous and difficult to do so. I hope that the time has come for Bill 285 to be passed!!!!
