This is in response to your letter of August 17,1998, concerning our firm's investigation
of the captioned complaint filed with the Hawaii Police Commission.
Our investigation of this complaint was complete and in compliance with our contract
with the County Of Hawaii Police Commission. Captain Fergestrom's interview was
conducted and reported in a manner acceptable to the Hawaii Police Commission.
