It is my pleasure to inform you that I have appointed Judith Kirkendall of Council
District 2, to the County of Hawaii Mayor's Committee on People with Disabilities.
Ms. Kirkendall is a 54-year resident of Hawai'i and will replace Ms. Denise Cowdrey.
Ms. Kirkendall states that she is a member of the Democratic Party. She will serve a
term co-terminus with my own.
