Subject: Bill 285 Support
Aloha Council Members,
As a member of the Hawaii Highway Safety Council and a resident of Waimea, I strongly support Bill 285. Included in this
bill are several extremely important improvements to transportation issues, especially the Waimea greenways and trails,
which will allow children and other pedestrians to get around town safely, thus reducing vehicular traffic.
Please pass this bill in it's entirety, so that funding will be in place to make all these necessary improvements,
