As a resident of Kamuela since 1954 with only brief departures for college, etc.,
strongly support the bill 285 that helps us with the trails, green s, etc. This will
much improve the accessibility for children and adults to get out, o balthy exercise
away from cars, will keep some cars off the road, will help us t'cv E't~i5h thi§ `d'Eil'que spot
that has become so sadly traffic bound, and help the big island avoid becoming just like
every other over developed under appreciated location. This is terrifically worth while.
