Subject: Support of Bill 276 (CO -1X I. 112-1)
Testimony in favor of Bill 276, Redistricting Ordinance.
Aloha Council members:
I strongly urge you to support Bill 276 draft 2 so the issues of Redistricting can go before the voters.
In large part, this Bill brings the existing ordinance 13-7 up to date and provides guidance for the
members of a redistricting commission to adhere to all current federal and state laws.
Cleary, providing for training is a very important part of the Bill.
Please give this bill your support.
