The right to grant other and further easement rights for such purposes and uses over, across, within, and through the Property, to the current and future owners and occupants of any of the land in favor of which the exceptions and reservations herein are made, and to any other persons, upon such terms and conditions as the Grantor or his successor trustees may deem appropriate.
