SUBJECT: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SEWAGE
WORKS CONSTRUCTED BY MARYL DEVELOPMENT
INCORPORATED, AND AUTHORIZES THE REIMBURSEMENT OF
THE FULL COSTS FOR THE SEWAGE WORKS
Pursuant to Section 21-28, Hawaii County Code, which requires that the Council approve all
plans to reimburse an applicant for construction of a sewer extension, we submit the attached
resolution.
