SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill 305, Draft 2 (Relating to an Ordinance Amending Chapter 18,
Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Hawaii County Code)
Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 305, relating to an ordinance amending Chapter 18 of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to Common Carriers, Taxicabs
and School Buses.
This draft contains the amendment to Bill 305 that was approved by the Council, pursuant to
Coininunication No. 1224. 1, during its meeting on June 18, 2008.
"1'1.e amendment replaces the existing language of subsection 18-89(b), which was inadvertently
omitted from Bill 305.
