COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 692 U8 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture & Arts Division has requested <br />funds for 2008 Queen Lili`uokalani Festival set for Sunday, September 28, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS the Festival celebrates the Queen's Birthday and features more than 500 hula <br />dancers from various Hula Halau; and <br />WHEREAS, contingency relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture and Arts Division to be used to help defray some of the <br />cost associated with 2008 Queen Lili`uokalani Festival; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $3,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $3,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,500 <br />Culture and Arts OCE <br />(2008 Queen Lili`uokalani Festival) <br />
