Subject: Worker's Compensation Trends
To assist you in your deliberations on the budget, I analyzed worker's compensation
trends for the past five years. The attached chart shows the trends of budgeted and actual
worker's compensation expenditures.
The current balance in the General Fund worker's compensation account is $756,412.
The current balance in the Highway Fund workers compensation account is $524,547.
Please let me know if you need additional information or have any questions regarding
this information.
