RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 89-10(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes, Mayor Stephen Yamashiro
submitted via Communication No. 921.01 the cost items contained in the contract
between Government Employers and the United Public Workers, AFSCME, Local 646,
which was ordered to be in effect by the Hawaii Labor Relations Board. However, no
accompanying resolution was submitted with the cost items, which is a common practice.
Therefore, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has drafted the attached resolution
approving the cost items for the contract period July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1999.
