Subject: Bill 285 funding
I would like to speak in favor of funding the Waimea Trails and Greenways completely at
this time. This is our chance for a uniquely positive addition to our community and it
would be a great shame to disregard all the hard work and enthusiastic support that has
led us to be this close to making it a reality.
