No. 1183/Res. 625-08 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Communication No. 1183, regarding Resolution 625-08, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution 625-08, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase via <br /> Communication No. 1183, dated April 11, 2008, Accepting the Dedication of Roadway Lot <br /> 13-M, identified as Tax Map Key: (3)4-3-011:060, Situate at Pa`auilo, District of Hamakua, <br /> County and State of Hawaii, from Trustee David S. De Luz, Sr. <br /> <br /> Trustee De Luz is desirous of dedicating the subject roadway, including all improvements <br /> pursuant to Condition 3(a) of subdivision approval for SUB 2003-0064 to the County of Hawaii. <br /> <br /> Article XIII, § 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council may accept gifts <br /> which include the dedication of land on behalf of the County of Hawaii. <br /> <br /> There was no testimony from members of the public regarding the proposed acceptance. <br /> <br /> Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase appeared before your committee.
