Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 606-08, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 606-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication
No. 1152, dated April 7, 2008, creates a Legal Assistant II (temporary) position for the Office of
the Prosecuting Attorney, to coordinate law enforcement efforts by streamlining the flow of
communication and information shared between public safety and health agencies.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purposes and intent of Resolution No. 606-08,
and recommends its adoption.
