COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />t~95 O~ <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed to install a modified grating along Ainaola Drive to <br />improve the intake capacity of the existing drywells in order to mitigate localized flooding <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Public Works for the installation of a modified grating along Ainaola Drive; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $6,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $6,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.183.5183.25 Department of Public Works $6,000 <br />Drywell Filtration Pilot Program <br />(Ainaola Drive Modified Grating) <br />
