A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, funds are needed to install a modified grating along Ainaola Drive to
improve the intake capacity of the existing drywells in order to mitigate localized flooding
conditions; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to
the Department of Public Works for the installation of a modified grating along Ainaola Drive;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:
FUND: General
AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $6,000
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $6,000
CREDITED TO:
010.183.5183.25 Department of Public Works $6,000
Drywell Filtration Pilot Program
(Ainaola Drive Modified Grating)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Public Works and the Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
