Re: Abandoned County Road Serving Honaunau

We are retransmitting for the Council's review and consideration the amended resolution
authorizing the abandonment and quitclaim of a County road easement at Honaunau, S. Kona,
Hawaii, to Kamehameha Schools Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate.
Upon passage of the above resolution, please send notification of such acceptance to:
(1) Harry Takahashi, Director of Finance, County of Hawaii; (2) Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, Chief
Engineer; and (3) Gerald Takase, Deputy Corporation Counsel, who will prepare the Quitclaim
Deed.
