Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 279, Draft 4 with the following
amendments:
1. Condition B.
(a) Remove the language which was inserted in Draft 3 (`otherwise convey");
(b) Restore the word "park";
(c) Delete "approximate 7.917 acre"
(d) Replace "five years" with "15 years".
2. Condition C.
(a) Remove the language which was inserted in Draft 3 ("or conveyance" and
"7.917 acre");
(b) Restore the word "park.
