The Planning Commission at its meeting of March 20, 1998, voted to accept your verbal request
to withdraw the above-referenced change of zone application which requested a change in the
district classification from Agricultural (A-10a) to Agricultural (A-5a) for approximately
13.576 acres of land located in Kaieie Homesteads along the south side of Kaieie Homestead
Road, across of the Mauna Kea Memorial Park, South Hilo, Hawaii.
Change of Zone Application No. 95-9 is hereby withdrawn from further processing and
consideration by the Planning Commission.
