COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />'705 A8 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Honomu Computer Resource Center provides the community with <br />various computer and clerical services, and is operated by numerous volunteers from the <br />community; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hilo Coast United Church of Christ is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit <br />organization, that will act as the fiscal sponsor for the Honomu Computer Resource Center; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Research and Development to be used to help defray operational costs for the <br />Honomu Computer Resource Center; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br />following amount is hereby transferredlappropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.161.5162.98 Department of Research & Development <br />Hawaii County Resource Center <br />(Hilo Coast United Church of Christ/ <br />Honomu Computer Resource Center) <br />$5,000 <br />$5,000 <br />~'~ <br /> <br />
