A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Honomu Computer Resource Center provides the community with
various computer and clerical services, and is operated by numerous volunteers from the
community; and
WHEREAS, the Hilo Coast United Church of Christ is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit
organization, that will act as the fiscal sponsor for the Honomu Computer Resource Center; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Department of Research and Development to be used to help defray operational costs for the
Honomu Computer Resource Center; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferredlappropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Research and Development and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
